Shelfmade is a product of Super Kind Company. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you're not, you can ask for your money back — no awkward questions.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your Shelfmade subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Shelfmade purchases. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order by email, or
• Email us at hello@shelfmadeai.com and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Most refunds are processed within a few business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, refunds are handled at our discretion in line with Paddle's Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

Cancelling your subscription

Open Settings → Manage subscription to cancel, change your payment method, or download invoices via Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling is immediate — no need to email us.
